Customized Engraving Service Instructions

 

1. Service Description
Our store offers free engraving services, supporting name customization (with font selection). This service is suitable for gifts, corporate promotions, weddings, commemorations, and other occasions.

2. Operation Process

After Placing an Order
Once payment is completed, please send your order number (available in "My Orders" - "Order Details") to our customer service.
Provide the engraving content (e.g., "Jack 2025 or use a picture to describe the content that needs to be engraved") and confirm the engraving position (single-side/double-side).

Engraving Processing Time
Engraving orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days after the details are confirmed.
Bulk orders will be prioritized. Please contact customer service to confirm the scheduling.

3. Engraving Rules

Content Restrictions
It is prohibited to engrave text or images that violate laws, regulations, or platform policies.

Material Information
Natural wood combs may have natural textures and color differences. The engraving effect may be affected by the material.

4. Important Notes

Engraved items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please ensure the content is correct before submitting.
